Benefits of Insider Access
to the ex-offender.
Insider Access allows the ex-offender to participate in meaningful activity upon release from prison
Insider Access aims to develop the motivation and self esteem of ex-offenders.
Our aim is to help ex-offenders develop employability skills and a work ethic to support them upon release.
The creation of content for Insider Access can be embedded in the learning undertaken by an ex-offender. It could be linked to a qualification outcome undertaken by the ex-offender with a college or 3rd party organisation.
We will give ex-offenders who have contributed to Insider Access a reference on request.

Staff of Cementafuture are happy to meet with offenders in probation and talk about Insider Access.
On the offenders request we will provide where possible informal mentoring 'Through the Gate' and in the community.
Insider Access will (subject to capacity) take suitable ex- offenders on licence to work in our office on the magazine.
Offenders upon release are encouraged to continue participating in providing content for Insider Access or volunteering in our office.

Insider Access is actively recruiting ex- offenders in the
community to provide content for our monthly magazine.
We are looking for a wide range of content that highlights the positive skills and motivation that ex-offenders have.
This content could be produced as part of the offenders participation in learning, through formal probation sessions or by self motivated ex-offenders "after hours"!
